Yang-Sheng (Nurturing Life) is an E-magazine and a network for all healthcare professionals of preventive medicine, practitioners of mind-body exercises (such as Qigong, taiji, yoga, reiki, mindfulness, TM, and meditation), health seekers, and spiritual cultivators. It promotes philosophy and methods of self-healing, positive mind and health preservation, and shares knowledge and experiences in these subjects and their applications in everyday life. The Into Mountains Over Streams Journal of Internal Arts & Culture, publishs articles, reviews and community information in support of the emerging Taiji and Qigong renaissance. Though IMOS's ultimate goal is to inform and inspire our community, it's enterprise is to help nuture our community. Singing Dragon publish authoritative books on complementary and alternative health, Tai Chi, Qigong and ancient wisdom traditions for health, wellbeing, and professional and personal development. Some of the best books I have found are published here including books by Damo Mitchell. Generally I have found their books to be engaging and well written so I can make a personal reccommendation. Titles include TCM, qigong, taiji, bagua quan, neigong, daoism, shamanism as well as books on ayurvedic medicine. There is a wealth of knowledge burried in their collection.
